My hairy-fairy music...

When I think of music I like, the list of different types is endless. I noticed that the older I am, the more backward I dig for new stuff;) I love Sade, Alicia Keys, Norah Jones, Diana Rose, Nelly Furtado, but also Depeche Mode, Suzanne Vega, Aerosmith, Mike&Mechanics, and loads of other oldies;)
Here is "Hairy Trees" by Goldfrapp, which I really rank as one of tops, not only because of its title;p Enjoy:-)




Apart from that, I've been dusting off tunes of my childhood (guess not only mine;) )including gorgeous Natalka, or high-spirited Fasolki:-) Imagine I know most of them by heart!

My suburban area ;)

Although Poznań is my hometown I will tell U something about the suburban area which I've recently moved to. Przeźmierowo, cause that is its name;), is situated near the city and definitely has got a peculiar character. Since it is the cradle of car trade in the district ;p, I would say that the thing that counts here the most is the brand of your car. Here you are a real pimp if you have got a BMW, regardless of its condition ;p Also, the people are quiet varied here, starting from natives and ending up with well-off newcomers living in big lavish houses with nicely mown lawns and swimming pools. What is more, for I live in the main street, what i find disturbing is the heavy traffic. Imagine how hard it is to cross such a congested street with a precious pushchair when there are no traffic lights and willing drivers to stop!
Nevertheless, I like this town mostly because its detached from the hustle and bustle of the city,which I was so fed up with. Unfortunately, the distance to kjo has expanded ;) but this comfort is worth sacrificing. I really appreciate the fact that there is a forest, vast fields, and a nice clean playground where I can take my daughter to.
